All treatments can be booked either online or via email. Please be aware that we cannot treat those under 18 due to insurance and in these cases, we would advise contacting your GP.

Preparing For Your Treatment
We recommend following this pre-treatment advice before undertaking any invasive treatment including microneedling for wrinkles, DermaQuest resurfacing treatments or chemical peel for pores to avoid the disappointment of not being able to have your desired treatment on the day. This is to avoid any contraindications and unwanted side effects. This does not apply to facials or hydra-dermabrasion treatments.
Please refrain from using sun beds at all, or at least 7 days before your appointment to reduce the risk of skin sensitivity.
Please refrain from using exfoliants (liquid or chemical) and retinoids (vitamin A) 7 days before your facial appointment. E.g. Salicylic acid, retinol, retinal.
Please arrive at your appointment alone if possible, as we are a private home clinic. However, please inform us before your appointment if you would like to bring someone along, and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Please refrain from having fillers or botox 2 weeks before your appointment.
Please arrive without makeup if possible.
Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing that are easy to remove.
Please know which skincare products you currently use in your routine and feel free to bring them to your appointment if you don’t know the names of the products. It is important that we know what you are using to avoid any possible contraindications.
Please know the names of any medications you are taking.
Please avoid facial hair removal or any abrasive facial procedures 7 days before your treatment.
