Cancellation Policy:

Cancelling or rearranging your appointment within 48 hours will incur the £25 deposit will be forfeited and we will require another deposit upon rebooking. Cancellations on the day will incur 50% of treatment costs and no shows will incur 100% of the treatment cost.
